Client Brief

Home Automate was approached to create a comprehensive home automation system for a residence in Ely, Cambridgeshire. The goal was to integrate advanced technology seamlessly, enhancing the comfort, convenience, and security of the home. The client desired a solution that would allow easy control of various home aspects, utilising Loxone and WIFI Access Points technologies.

Heating Control

• Implemented a Loxone heat pump control system for tailored heating schedules, allowing remote monitoring and adjustments for optimal comfort and efficiency in every room.

• Introduced Loxone spot lighting on the ground and first floors, offering customisable lighting scenarios and automated schedules.

Security Solutions

• Installed state-of-the-art Loxone alarm systems featuring motion detectors, door/window sensors, and remote monitoring for comprehensive security.
• Integrated high-definition CCTV cameras, allowing live footage access and alerts for unusual activities.

Integrated Sound Systems

• Added Loxone-powered sound and speaker systems for clear audio throughout the home. Notifications and music can be effortlessly controlled via smart devices.

Networking and TV Distribution

• Ensured robust internet connectivity with advanced UniFi networking solutions for reliable high-speed access.
• Enabled easy distribution of high-definition TV signals across multiple rooms, providing minimal fuss and maximum convenience.
